2. Non H1B Recruitment(W2):
Under this plan, we allot a dedicated recruiter to work on your requirements.
Recruiter involves in activities like sourcing, screening the candidate, rate negotiation and submission along with required details.
We use Monster and CareerBuilder in this plan. Apart from Job boards, every recruiter has their own vendor connections and our internal portal with huge vendor list.
Recruiter responsibilities:
Recruiter coordinates with onsite team for the job requirements.
Distribute the spec to vendors/post the spec on to our available job slots.
Source resumes from the job boards
Call/email the consultants
Negotiate the rate part and gather required details from the consultants
Will involve in scheduling interviews.
All recruiters follow US EST day timings.
Dedicated US phone number will be allotted to each and every recruiter.
Recruiter typical day:
Morning email – informing that we are in the office
Status report - detailed information to present the list of activities performed
Leaving for the day email
Frequent touch with clients to update the status of work
Available to clients on Skype/Messenger.
